On the expense page, select the drop down box next to your name and go to the bottom of the list. You'll see an entry for 'Recurring Expenses'. Select it. A list of recurring expenses will be displayed. Click on the name of the expense and change the recurring frequency to 'None'. That will end the recurring schedule.
